A straw yellow colour with green reflections. On the nose hints of sage, mint, and citrus fruits accompanied by floral notes of chamomile and spicy hazelnuts. In the mouth, it has a warm and pleasant entry that closes with a savoury balsamic note that lengthens the taste.

The soil is ocean floor from the mid Pliocene period (5.3 to 2.6 million years ago), comprising of sedimentary clay, gravel sands and alluvial silt with marine fossils.
